I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UMass Lowell and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. The final year of my bachelor’s degree was pivotal in directing me toward the field of mental health. I served as a mentor to neurodivergent adolescents in a program founded by one of our professors. My professional experience also includes work in the corporate sector, media, and as a substitute teacher. These diverse experiences come together as I serve as a clinician at Mindful Body Therapy and Wellness.
During my internship, I gained experience supporting children as young as seven through adults approaching 60 with concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, stress, relationship difficulties, behavioral challenges, and difficulty managing emotions. These experiences deepened my passion for mental health and my appreciation for each person’s unique story.
I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build confidence in their ability to make meaningful changes. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and feel heard. My approach is eclectic, which means I draw from different therapeutic methods to tailor our work to your needs and goals. Together, we will explore how your experiences, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors connect, while building on your strengths and considering new ways forward.
We will work together to clarify what matters to you, strengthen motivation, and turn your goals into manageable steps. Along the way, I will support you in developing practical tools you can use beyond our sessions. You can bring your questions, uncertainties, and hopes just as they are. Take a deep breath—you are welcome here.
