My name is Gina Martel, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and families. Most of my career has been spent in the school setting, helping individuals navigate social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges with compassion and support. However, I also have several years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care supporting adults with acute mental health crises. 

I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and centered on building trusting relationships where clients feel safe to be themselves. I enjoy working alongside children, teens, adults and families to develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, build resilience, and achieve meaningful goals.

My experiences in both education and mental health have strengthened my commitment to meeting clients where they are and providing individualized, compassionate care. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth and healing!
