Elise Lentini

Administrative Director & CLinical Intern

Hi, my name is Elise and I am so glad you have found Mindful Body Therapy and Wellness! I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and English literature from Lafayette College. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work from Boston College to continue helping individuals through the healing process.

My role is twofold. As the Administrative Director, I provide administrative support to clients and clinicians. This looks like answering questions about our practice’s approach, connecting you with a therapist that meets your needs, assisting with the intake process, and everything in between. I am always happy to help!

As a Clinical Intern, I meet with clients for therapy sessions. My goal in therapy is to provide a space for you to feel valued, understood, and comfortable. I work with clients processing anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, and difficult family dynamics. I am especially passionate about working with older adults and supporting them through the unique experiences and transitions that come with aging.

I am an authentic, warm, and collaborative clinician and tailor my approach to your individual needs and strengths. I value the therapeutic relationship and hope to walk alongside you as we explore your story and values. I use a blend of approaches including strengths-based approaches, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I hope to create a healing space for everyone I meet with.

Whether you would like to work with me, are looking to be connected with another clinician, or have a general question, I will always respond with respect and empathy. Deciding to start therapy can be an intimate choice and my goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you!
