It all started when…
Mindful Body Yoga is based in Andover, MA. Founded by Holly Harmon, LICSW in the Summer of 2017. With an emphasis on breath work and meditation, thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
We are thrilled with the new yoga space and that so many of you practice with us. Being that the new space is smaller beginning in October 2019 we will now request that you reserve your spot in class by checking in online. You can still drop in if there is room but you will have a better chance if you sign up online ahead of time. You can do this by visiting our Class Schedule. Once the class is full the option to register will no longer be available. If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation please email Emma at email@example.com
Please be considerate of others trying to get into the class. The latest you can cancel is 2 hours before class begins. If you late cancel and are also a class pass holder you will lose one class for the late cancel. We will reopen registration if there are cancellations.
